Under Sink Water Systems: Complete Technical Guide for Specifiers and OEM Buyers
Linda Chuh·Export Manager, CoolerFridges
A technical guide covering how under sink water cooling and heating systems are installed, what modules they include, and what OEM buyers need to know before sourcing.

An under sink water system installs inside the kitchen cabinet with only the faucet visible on the countertop. It saves counter space and combines chilled water, hot water, sparkling, and purified water in a single unit. This guide is written for installation engineers and OEM buyers.
System Components
A complete under-sink system includes these modules:
- Cooling module. Compressor-based, 2L-4L stainless steel tank, 4-15C output temperature.
- Heating module. Tankless instant heat, no standing water, prevents bacteria growth. 2200W-2400W.
- Sparkling module. CO2 cylinder with carbonation chamber, 4-14C output.
- Filtration module. RO or ultrafiltration, depends on incoming water quality.
- Faucet. Touch or mechanical valve, single faucet dispensing multiple water types.
