Factory Tour: How OEM Water Cooling Systems Are Engineered and Manufactured
Walk through our Foshan production line for OEM water cooling systems — from component sourcing and assembly to pressure testing and 24-hour burn-in. A look inside the factory floor.

Walking into our Foshan factory, you will see a complete water cooling system production line, from component sourcing through final inspection, all under one roof. This article walks through how OEM cooling systems are actually built.
The Engineering Foundation
Every unit starts with an engineering decision: what cooling capacity does the client need? What is the target water temperature? What environment will it be installed in? This is where sizing begins.
We build compressor-based cooling modules. The range starts from small 2-litre under-sink dispensers for home use all the way up to commercial 30-litre bar cooling systems. They share the same thermodynamic design framework, just scaled for different loads.
How the Assembly Line Works
The line runs in five stages: compressor and condenser pre-assembly, pipe welding and pressure testing, evaporator and tank assembly, electrical wiring and control board installation, and final test bench.
